[BUG-233025] Change how the review system on marketplace works #10187

How would you like the feature to work?

I realised there are already tickets for a ban feature for marketplace. However having this option to ban customers like inworld vendor systems, would help reduce our monitoring.

I would like to suggest a change to the way in which the marketplace review system works: Rather than 1-5* review system, instead a thumbs down, thumbs up system with additional comments - or none, but indication to reach out to a creator

Ideally I would like an OPT out for all reviews completely... so we have none if we choose that option. I think its unfair at the moment how unjustified reviews are out of our control to do anything about.   It would simply just be like disabling comments on a social media post to limit haters/trollers or those who want to do harm to a business

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

This suggestion doesn't indicate that my products are bad, just that receiving negative reviews over things mentioned in description or over requests for more items to be added to it, or a suggestion for a mesh or body to be supported...

I am just fed up with having to constantly monitor things from upset customers, recently a poor review because I didn't include a body I didn't mention including... its an unfair system we cannot control.

the flag review does not seem to work unless you know a lot of helpful people. So a 1*, 2* review can sit damaging prodict reputation for weeks/months with no fix and nothing we can do but hope people will ignore it.

Many thanks for acknowledging the ticket,

Others would like to add comments into this 'feature request', is there a way to re-enable commenting on the ticket?
