[BUG-40881] The prim description fails to save when saving object back to object contents. #12494

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a prim named A.
  2. Create a prim named B.
  3. Set the description of B to "first description".
  4. Take B to your inventory.
  5. Using the build menu, place B inside the contents of A.
  6. Using the build menu, rez B by dragging it to the ground from the contents of A.
  7. Change the description of B to "new description".
  8. Using the build dropdown menu, save B back to object contents.
  9. Using the build menu, rez another copy of B from A's contents.

  10. Observe B's description.

    Actual Behavior

    Summary: The prim description fails to save when saving object back to object contents from the build dropdown menu.

Expected Behavior

Expected Results: I expected the description to be updated.

This issue was observed in Magnum, Bluesteel, LeTigre, and Release Channel. Using Firestorm-Releasex64 4.7.7.48706

Issue reproduced on Magnum, Bluesteel, LeTigre, and Release using Second Life 4.1.1.320331 (Second Life Release) and Alchemy 4.0.0 (37571) (x64) Jun 25 2016 05:09:18 (Alchemy Release)
