[BUG-41451] Zoomed in window. wont zoom out #12967

Steps to Reproduce

I was changing the preferences

Actual Behavior

I was changing the preferences when it went all zoomed in and I couldn't see any thing

Expected Behavior

nothing

Our apologies, it appears this jira has been a victim of a spammer. We're cleaning up the offending comments, sorry for the mess!
