Steps to Reproduce

DJing in World.

Actual Behavior

I have been having major issues, no matter what viewer I use, SL, Firestorm, Singularity, Ctl Alt Studio with not being able to send messages in Group Chats. All of my Speedtest to San Francisco, report a greater than 50MBps down and 35MBps up. Not sure what is going on here, but it is a major issue when I am trying to DJ in world. I keep getting the "Chat has failed to Initialize, Please Try again Later" error, even after relogging.

Expected Behavior

My message to be sent to the group.

Hi studmeister, thanks for the report. This is likely a duplicate of SVC-7417 or BUG-345, but we need more information to know if this is a new bug. What is the name of your affected group?

Hi Maestro. It happens in various groups, and with Multiperson chats as well. For Instance, the day that I reported this, I was having issue with doing both Mass Friends List conferences, as well as in my studmeister fan group, and the Heartland Saloon VIP group. I do believe that it is the same exact issue as the described in SVC-1509, which is from 7 years ago. So I am not sure if this is a reoccurring issue, as when I joined in 2012, I never saw it at all, and it has been going on for the past 6 months or so, for me, since the latest server updates. It does happen intermittenly, with different groups that I am in, which leads me to believe that it may be a server side issue, at worse case, but SVC 1509, fits the bill exactly, for what is happening. It keeps happening with 1 group, for me, right now. ...:::Club Nightlife Unlimited:::... I am including the screenshot. It has approximately 70 members in the group.

This has been happening for a long time. Idk what is going on, but it really needs to be fixed.
