Heya Jennifer,
Is the location you gave above (http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Moonshadow%20Rising/221/219/22) one of the locations you cannot hear the stream being played? The stream here appears to be working okay currently. Do music streams fail to play for you in all locations or just at certain places or at certain times?
Are you able to hear other SL sounds normally? For example gesture sounds, Ambient sounds and the UI sounds when you open and close the inventory window for example?
Under Preferences -> Sound & Media. Make sure you do not have the master Volume muted or Streaming Music muted or the Streaming Music volume slider down too low. Also make sure there is a tick in the Enabled check box next to Streaming Music.

I was at a club dancing with some friends
Actual Behavior
I have been trying to stream my music for the past week and have not received any sound through my PC audio, although on SL, it shows music actually being streamed
Expected Behavior
I was hoping to hear music on SL through streaming
Other information
I went to another place where music is played and I was met with the same situation, could not hear music being streamed. I am using Second Life Viewer and have relogged many times.
