Heya Bearsareus,

Are these messages actually appearing in your Nearby Chat within the viewer? If so, it sounds like you are seeing spam from a scripted chatting object. This could be an object you own and are wearing or an object that you own that is rezzed inworld or it could be from an object owned by another Resident. It sounds likely that it's a griefing object meant to annoy you with spam if it's warning you about too many services running on your computer.

You should see the name of the chatting object in your Nearby Chat window. If you right click this name, or click the small i button next to it, you should be able to see the objects owner and the objects location inworld and it will give you an option to block the object so you will not see chat from it anymore. If this shows that you are the object owner, go to its location inworld & pick it up - or detach it if its an object you are wearing. If the object is owned by another avatar, you can click "Block" to stop seeing the chat messages.

If this does not help, can you take a screenshot showing the messages you are seeing and attach the image to this issue using More Actions -> Attach files.

Thanks!

Our apologies, it appears this jira has been a victim of a spammer. We're cleaning up the offending comments, sorry for the mess!
