[BUG-230818] Passing sailboats trip the Horizons Experience security scanner

What just happened?

Sailboats passing by the tiny triangle of water at the southwest edge of Horizons A3 will have their sailors kidnapped into the Horizons Experience play area and their boat returned.

The security scanner is ignoring the small triangle of water and considers it to be part of the game zone. This area needs to be made an exception within the security script.

Upon sim-crossing into Horizons A3: [21:06] Horizons Lifeguard Service: Oh no! You have fallen in the toxic water! Don't worry – we can revive you at the Resurrection Circle.

When attempting to remote-sit back on the boat before it returns: [21:06] Horizons Security Scanner: Explorers are welcome to fly vehicles around the Horizons Game Regions but you must not attempt to land or fly lower than 50 meters. If you do, you will be unseated and your vehicle will be returned to you. [21:06] Horizons Security Scanner: You are flying below 50 meters. Please increase your altitude to over 50 meters immediately. If you do not, you will be unseated and your vehicle will be returned to you. [21:07] Horizons Security Scanner: You are not allowed to sit on items at altitudes lower than 50 meters.

What were you doing when it happened?

I was sailing from Horizons Rocket to Horizons Thebe while passing through the small triangle of water in the southwest corner of Horizons A3.

What were you expecting to happen instead?

I was expecting to just sail through and be on my way without being forced into a game zone.
