[BUG-232046] Sun shadows change relative to camera #9403

What just happened?

When moving the camera (environment set to midday for consistency) the shadows cast upon the observed avatar move, suggesting an incorrect transform is being applied somewhere? https://gyazo.com/5a45c48ac55985979ae3b60de9051fac

EDIT: This is broken in Release (the firestorm on the left did not have sun shadows enabled (duh)

Still a bug though :)

What were you doing when it happened?

using the perf RC and testing the onion skin layering bug.

What were you expecting to happen instead?

Shadows cast by the sun on an object/avatar should not be affected by camera position.
