[BUG-232198] Zia Larnia Avatar is Bugged #9519

What just happened?

I attempted to log in. I entered world and had ??? in Lindens area and ?.? over avatar name. I have been having issues for a few weeks now. This only started happening today. I normally use the Firestorm Viewer. I had this happen on that new release for that viewer. Making the assumption that all my issues have been Firestorm related I sent a Jira to them on this issue also. NEITHER OF YOU SHOULD DROP THE BALL AND BLAME THE OTHER FOR THIS ISSUE. IT NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT. PREMIUM ACCOUNT!

What were you doing when it happened?

At 7am SLT and now at 6pm SLT I was at the same location. My home sim Claws, 4000 elevation in my sky box. My partner and our photographer who are both from Germany are not having any issues with the new updates of viewers etc. My alts are not having these issues. Just ZIA LARNIA.

What were you expecting to happen instead?

I was logging into my home location and preparing to meet my partner and start work in store and MP. Instead I had no friends, no linden, no name, and no appearance....just a cloud... and no items in world in my name.

Other information

Three weeks ago it started with me setting objects to avatar to create a default and having a report that items in my store were NOT attaching to my customers where I had set them. This is an old SL issue along with the prim walking bug. It started with shoes and ended up affecting jewelry attachments as well. Then the next thing was every time I logged into world I would have to wait 10 minutes because the viewer would blink black, world, black, world, like it couldn't decide to crash or not. Now I am having to clear cache and log in as administrator or I have no avatar, ??? in Lindens, and ??? as a name. **The picture of issue below is from 7am slt this morning. I do not have a picture of it doing the same thing on SL viewer. IT IS THE SAME = SL issue or combination of both.
