Gave the REAMDE some needed TLC
Comments now can be aligned (option: comment_align)
It's now easier to create your own command based on ok-bash (options: file/alias)
It's now easier to reload ok-bash with different options (installation helper: reset)
Fixed quite some bugs
Replaced awk by python
