To reproduce: mark 2 s/pending mark 2 s/pending Expected: Should throw some error saying that the person is already marked xxx Actual: Replies that the marking is success without prompts SS:

Working as intended. Doing twice does not affect user operations in any way. However, having what the tester is a "nice-to-have".
