Crash on "read dwarves"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Reading Dwarves
2.Launching with a DF window active
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected it to read dwarves and not crash.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
DT 23.0 DF 40.03

Please provide the "run.log" file in the "log" directory of DwarfTherapist
when this error occurred.

If this is a truly "crazy" issue, please also attach a copy of your save-
game.
