de1 server is down and still shows up in the available servers list #194

For the past few days https://de1.api.radio-browser.info/ seems to be down which causes some of the random url look up to fail. I am using the vanilla nodejs code from here to get the list and get a random url so every now and then de1 comes up.

Seems to be back up and running
