Create a "support help script" that collects info about the current installation and the setup that can be for support #55

A script that collects the configuration of the display and serial ports a.s.o. should be created.
This script should collect everything in text file that it can easily be used to transfer it to the support.
This file should be created in config folder, that it's also availabe in webui.
