Add an "About" Mask to enable user to find out if display needs to be updated.

Currently the user doesn't know if he has to update (reflash) his display.

The should mask shows the version of:

• Display Application (DGUS Project)
• Required Display Application
• Version Display Control Application
• Version of the python library (Communication to the display)
