Reason:
Of a server installer without internet

Description:
Many company policy, cannot be connected onto internet the servers there is 
need for a variant which can be installed without internet.

It's possible to add an option to autoinstaller to use local file, instead of 
downloading it from site. But anyway dependencies such as ruby interpreter 
should be either installed before or will be installed by autoinstaller using 
package manager.

Ability to use local archive for installation.

Usage:
* download somehow ai.sh and tgz archive
* chmod +x ai.sh
* ./ai.sh AUTOSOLVER=0 DOWNLOAD_URL=/path/to/ovz-web-panel-1.7.tgz
