Ability to suspend expired virtual servers in one click #214

Reason: more convenient

Description:
Since version 1.6 you can set expiration dates, and his love, but it would be 
possible in a state boad of vm off, to the list of expiring vps

one click and you fall on expiring fps;)

I see the examples but only 3 by 3 in 100 hard hard ...
