Add a adhan command to Sarah. Now she give me prayer time Example:

sarah adhan Khortoum sudan
 Prayer time for Sudan, Khortoum :
  Fajr 05:57
  Dhuhr 12:50
  Asr 16:03
  Maghrib 18:27
  Isha 19:39
