Feature: sortable district list #35

While trying to figure out how many districts have an incidence above a given threshold, I've added a list of all districts.

Hello sui, I like the idea but feel like it would overload the page a bit. Especially thinking about mobile devices, I think it is already quite cramped with the date selector. I don't mind if you put it into the dev branch or create a stats page tho.

Regarding a stats page, we could also put all the other information in tabular form onto it. I.e. a table with search field and all columns as in the csv file, just in an interactive format.

Already somewhat expected that and yeah, I totally agree it's getting too overloaded :) A separate page sounds useful, might have a look at times.

No problem, but really feel free to put it into the the dev branch! There are some experimental feature already.
