Add watchdog to SSL variants. #138

Added a watchdog to the WiFi Variants, ensuring a reset if BearSSL gets stuck. Multiple Tickets in helpdesk should be avoidable this way. Fix taken from Ticket # 435223.

Closing unmerged, better solution without watchdog timers was found.
