Dashboard does not load datastream view if there are 0 or 1 measurements available #116

Cannot replicate using local development environment.

  1. Import devices (mfm waterlevel)
  2. Create TTN Worker
  3. Create pipeline
  4. Post TTN style uplink to pipeline
  5. See multiple datastreams appear, all viewable even without data.
