Add User Feedback #72

This PR add User Feedback feature.

When an error is recorded by the SDK, a small report a bug button appears. When clicked it opens a modal with a form to write the feedback.

image How does this button look in general? Seems rather large in this screenshot, does it only show like that once u click on it or something?
