Getting an issue like this:

Actually, it looks like it needs to be "fixed" in the caller of the github-action

Correct permissions have been defined and tested in the template repository: https://github.com/senzing-garage/template-go/blob/main/.github/workflows/make-go-tag.yaml#L8
