This feature will be useful in places without explicit roads, paths 
(mountains, deserts, forests etc.)

Implemented with r60 and r61.

Initial bearing in degrees and distance to a point in kilometers is displayed 
whenever 
the display is in target selection mode (use cursor keys to enter, "0" key to 
go back 
to GPS fix tracking mode)
