The process of setting up a new language-version of serlo seems to take a lot of time. Because we restarted the work in the LC-unit and have some language-projects that started with high motivation and in near future will have, or already have finished their process for the technical translation this is very important for the internationalisation/the LC-Unit. Also it has a pragmatic background, because highly motivated team- and community-members might loose their motivation to work on their language-version, if the setup of the language-version takes to long, and on the other hand dev at serlo has too much to do. This would make the work for dev a lot easier and could for the future reduce a lot the time and difficulty taken by/for creating a new language version.
