Ensure that no secret variables were leaked during Codecov incident #548

Hello @tbarlow12, @wbreza, @mydiemho :wave:

We got notified that serverless-azure-functions repository might've been impacted by the recent Codecov incident: https://about.codecov.io/security-update/

To our best knowledge, no sensitive secrets were exposed during the incident, however, it would be great to verify that no secrets were leaked from both Azure DevOps and Github Actions jobs.

Would any of you, @tbarlow12, @wbreza, or @mydiemho be able to verify that on Azure DevOps side? Thanks in advance
