Anchors to dynamically loaded tabs repeat loading the page indefinitely in Firefox #96

For example on artist details page, open "All songs" in new tab.
Only occurs in Firefox when opening a new browser window.

I isolated the problem to Microsoft AJAX Client Library 
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb397536.aspx). This library seems to 
be obsolete anyway (replaced by jQuery), so I simply removed it. I haven't used 
the library myself.
