Alphabetical index, so that users could jump to a certain letter quickly #99

Not sure who'd actually use this (search works so much faster), but this has 
been requested by a few users. Technically it's already implemented: you can 
specify NameMatchMode=StartsWith, but there's no UI.

This is now mostly done: if you enter just one letter or two letters, it shows 
entries starting with those letters. Earlier it was just the exact match. I'm a 
bit reluctant to make a more specific UI for this special case. Maybe a tooltip 
would work.
