Make topmost? #5

It has a lower on screen priority than the telemetry and EKG viewer at work. If I can’t set a higher priority, then maybe I should include a “topmost “ checkbox that will make it the topmost window whenever it is checked.

Has been implemented, but could use some work on the dialogs, making sure they're topmost above the main form.
