ZK Spreadsheet App: A Currency number format does not match expected #256

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start zssapp
2. new file, select Cell A1
3. set number format to currency (4th option, red ($1,234.00))
4. input -1234 to A1 and Enter.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: red "($1,234.00)"
Real: red "(1,234.00), the '$' disappear

Fixed since Dec. 21, 2010.

ZK Spreadsheet Live currency dialog fail to provide correct format code.

Rename "ZK Spreadsheet Live" to "ZK Spreadsheet App".
