Rename sheet with a chart and switch sheets cause NPE #275

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Rename the "Input" sheet, it has a chart inside
2. select another sheet
3. select the renamed "Input" sheet back

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
throw a null pointer exception

This is a bug in ZK Spreadsheet back-end codes.
