Setup Redoc API documentation.

  1. Follow directions from here
  2. Use this repository
  3. Copy OA3 spec from here
  4. Setup CircleCI for automated builds
  5. Remove API Spec from current location.

Completed for brewery and distributor - closing for now. Still need pub, will do under new task
