Going through a number of wording, I found a number of changes that are needed and have identified a lot more work that needs to be done/considered as well.

Hi Wes,

That's the code-of-conduct file though, not the conflict of interest one. Did we want to adopt both? I thought it was just the latter, so only edited that.

  • set of makes it sound like the group as a whole
  • non covered members should be "everyone else" and not just a specific list.
  • move exception list to the top
  • nuke trailing white space
  • remove double 'the the' typos
  • use both iab/ietf
  • s/IETF LLC/IAB/g and replace who's-covered/not-covered
  • The approval authority section needs serious work
  • nondiscrimination
  • end-of code of conduct changes... much more work here needed
