Country name language changed with zoomlevel #25

We experienced trouble with country names in different language. And it changes with zoomlevel. Is there a way to fix this problem or to force the language of the country name to only one, pls ? We were in version 2.0.7 and upgraded into version 3.1.5 but it's still the same behaviour.
