What version of Bukkit/Spigot/PaperSpigot are you using? Type /ver Paper 386 1.18.2
What plugins are you using? Type /plugins Ultra Permissions for permissions This tablist - https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/animated-tab-tablist.46229/ PlaceholderAPI and SimpleScore.
I suspect one of them making the problem.
Please explain your issue. How do you trigger it? No nametags over head. Not even the name.
