Manual ordering does not persist

If the sort order is set to "Manual order with subtasks", and the order of tasks is manually set, the selected order will not be saved.

Preconditions:

• A task list with multiple tasks displayed

Steps to reproduce:

• Display task list containing multiple tasks
• Select 'Settings' -> 'Sort'
• In sort order dialog, select "Manual order with subtasks", select "Always"
• Using single long-tap, select an item at bottom of list and re-order list so that item is at top of list.
• Click task list name at top and re-select same task list.

Expected:

• Task list will be re-displayed in selected sort order.

Observed:

• Task list is sorted in order originally observed before sort order was changed.
