Failed to update PAC file #3

问题一直存在，尽管代码里的PAC源文件地址是可以正常访问的，但客户端就是无法正常更新PAC

地址被屏蔽了，可以手动更新pac文件

这个问题我又出现了。只能手动添加了https://github.com/gfwlist/gfwlist
