Shiny plot for manual annotation

Development of a shiny application built into the package for users to review EGM and make annotations.

To develop in the shiny branch:

• [x] Creation of a shiny plot
• [x] Ability to download data in the form of annotations
• [ ] List of possible annotators and the supported annotations to include in the app (e.g. onset, offset, etc)

To develop in the main branch:

• [ ] Convert a ggm back to an egm object with potentially updated annotations

For full-fledged application:

• [x] Consider making an entirely different repository for the application for its longevity
• [x] Create github repository for this application
• [ ] When app is functional in {sWAVE}, close this issue and remove it from the milestones
• [ ] Also delete the shiny branch

I think this draft is a good starting point for the shiny UI. I will probably need to make some updates in how it handles annotations still.

I've developed a tentative workaround for this in a separate package in https://github.com/shah-in-boots/sWAVE

I'll close this issue when the package is stable.

Afterwards, will need to close this issue.
