2.1 Install Java 7 > The download URL is improper Gives error screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Copy the the link provided from the section 2.1 
'http://download.oracle.com/otn-pub/java/jdk/7/jdk-7-windows-i586.exe.'
2. paste the link / Type  in the Browser and hit enter. 

3. link getting change to 
'http://download.oracle.com/errors/download-fail-1505220.html'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: To load the page with exe file.

Actual : Unauthorized request page (Refer attachment)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

verified Browser: (Mozilla 17.0.1 ,chrome ,IE 8)

OS: windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

Before downlaod it would be better we take user for OTN licence term.

Expected: It would be better we give this screenshot in the book and ask user 
to click OTN Homepage link which redirects to oracle home page.
