Bug: ScrewDie erratic behaviour with custom values #409

When creating a custom ScrewDie thread of 14.00 mm Diameter and 1.50 mm Pitch Custom the resulting major dia is much smaller than expected. However, changing the Pitch Custom to 1.51 suddenly renders as expected.
