It is not possible to insert data saved in the clipboard

This is a qt issue. cant control it. if you tripple click the value to select all (or select all by mouse, or single click and press enter), then paste will work.

The problem, in my opinion, is that the separator there is a comma and not a period Python outputs a dot in the console

the sperator can be either comma or dot, based on your preferences.
