@shanedonburke thank you so much for this plugin. It does the one thing it ought to do and does it well.
However, I really feel that it is missing filtering options. The only thing I can set is the folder, but I store many files in one folder, and would like to use this to archive ones that are not needed.
I've noticed that PR #2 is for excluding tags, which would be a good start, but this feature could be expanded on by creating a whitelist/blacklist of tags for each rule. This way I could have one rule that blacklists #daily notes, and another rule which whitelists #daily notes, so that I can handle daily notes differently, put them in a different archive folder, etc.
Additionally, I would like to be able to filter in a similar way using filenames, so that I don't have to add tags to all my notes. I'm currently in love with regex, so I think it would be super cool to do it using regex, but I get it if making it more like a gitignore works better for you.
