Create sample metadata mappings for Datacite to SHARE

Some progress made here using Datacite and http://www.sparontologies.net/ontologies/datacite as a baseline. Essentially, Person and Work continue to be primary points of data modelling, and therefore likely commons ways to group data upon ingest, replication, or sharing.

So, thinking these should also represent data in SHARE versus data from a particular source (i.e., more the schema to map elements to).
