Should For Profit Companies have to pay w/ PEARL? #1

The question is around for profit companies who are not selling the software... just because they are for profit, should they pay?

I personally feel like I'd like them to. To further the transvestment from old to new economy.

It does become tricky, because I would prefer not to charge not for profits (guess thats still cool), but also Cooperatives and things like Open Value Networks. Again, because of the transvestment opportunities. We want more Coops and woant to give them a leg up whenver possible
