Error when adding profile photo #643

When uploading a profile image on a new account, I get an error saying: Whoops, looks like something went wrong.

I have confirmed this is also an issue with my admin account.

Also, when I try to upload an image that is 2.6 mb, it says "413 Request Entity Too Large" but it should allow up to 6mb.

If this issue would impact the React frontend, lets please still fix this.
