Various maintenance changes:

• removes the build and release action and replaces it with
  • a build for pull request action that runs automatically for each pull request (see the checks of this pr)
  • a build and add to release action that runs automatically when a new release is being created. It will build the tool, create a .zip file and add that .zip file to the release
• removes some old code and the executables in the repository. They are now provided as assets of a release (see above).
• upgrades the .NET and CommandLineParser versions
• improves the program output
  • always displays the created file path
  • in verbose mode, it displays the original and trimmed number of entities

@shashisadasivan For an example of how the build and add to release action works, take a look at release 1.0.1.0 in my fork. After I created that release, the action ran (see run 4211786202) and added the .zip file with the executables as asset to the release.
