Crash in iOS 4.3.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launching the app on ios4.3.1 on iPod touch 4g

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should launch terminal window but crashes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Got the work around for the issue,Install the latest version of 
MobileTerminal_511-1.

here is the link http://code.google.com/p/mobileterminal/wiki/Installation

Even simple download the MobileTerminal_511-1 or MobileTerminal_520-1 from 
http://code.google.com/p/mobileterminal/downloads/list to desktop ,copy using 
winscp(windows user) or any such client to 
/private/var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall/
Restart.Done
