Convert City ID Shazam #2

I found that id city in https://www.shazam.com/builds/UUID/intl/cities/cities-en-US.json does not match the city id, which is generated in the request for the city playlist, I could not track where it is generated from in the html table, so I create my custom file with the converted city id
