I do not see number of unread mail in Icone #109

OS Windows 7 / 64 bits Install a few days ago Gmail notifier Plus vers: 3.6.0.0 I never see number of unread mails in Icone Notifier in taskbar.. why ?

thanks for submitting your issue.

a few questions:

when you right click on the Gmail Notifier Plus button, do you see the jumplist?
can you provide a screenshot of Gmail Notifier Plus in the taskbar when you are certain that you have new email in your inbox?

I would use a service like imgur.com to upload images.

thanks but the site is telling me those images are private. you'll need to make them public for me to see them.

OK, the reason you don't see the unread count on the button in the taskbar is because you have small icon mode on. Windows doesn't display overlay icons (for any app) when the taskbar is in small icon mode. You can choose to show the system tray icon and that will show the unread count in the system tray.
