device is not listed in VLD Capture devices #14

tried to install. Finnaly, got a VLC source http video stream that did work (the install script hd no error):

"C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe" C:\Temp\X\centaur_1.mpeg :sout=#transcode{vcodec=MJPG,scale=1,acodec=none,scodec=none}:http{mux=mpjpeg,dst=:8082/} :no-sout-all :sout-keep

however, when opened another VLC and tried to open a capture device, "IP Camera Bridge" was not found
